Concrete/Brick/Block Recycling
Large concrete pieces are crushed to the desired size via an excavator attachment. The material is then processed via impact crusher. During the crushing process the remainder of metal is removed. The crushing machine can be adjusted to produce varying aggregate sizes. To further process the material a screener can be implemented to achieve the desired specifications for the construction application.
Stone Aggregate
Large local boulders are loaded into a crusher. The boulders are processed down to the desired size. Well graded stones to fine stone dust are produced.
Great for paver bases, driveways. Great compaction and stability.
Asphalt (Clean) and Millings
Recycled asphalt is processed via an impact crusher. This transforms the large pieces of asphalt into relatively smaller sizes.
Crushed asphalt, asphalt millings are an alternative to gravel for driveways, parking lots, and road shoulders. Once compacted it mimics the appearance of a paved road. For farm road use the recycled asphalt can help reduce dust via remaining oils in the recycled asphalt.
Clean Fill Dirt
Clean fill dirt can consist of soil, subsoil, rock, and brick and it is free of organic waste, construction materials, chemicals and trash. Clean fill dirt can be used for backfilling -landscaping, construction, erosion control and roadwork.
Screened Topsoil
Local topsoil that has been processed via a screener to remove any debris and break up clumps to minus ½ inch in size. The result is a smooth, workable material for lawn preparation, grading and landscaping.
